Welcome, sweet soul
You know that box that you try and squish yourself into? The one with the labels: "I'm not enough of this," "I'm too much of that." Under all the self-judgement and criticism, our pent-up emotions, and the addictive stress of our modern cult-ure, there is a gem waiting to be found: your Authentic Self. My personal experience has shown me that the more I get to know and honour my Authentic Self, the more magical my life becomes. This translates into more synchronicities, greater resilience to stress and challenges, deeper connections in my relationships and increased wellness in my physical body and mind. The practice of EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) was the turning point in my story and it is still how I support myself in my own journey towards authenticity.
EFT is a tool that you can apply to the challenges and triggers that come up in everyday life. It's about empowerment. It's a process that we can use daily to regulate our nervous system, allowing us to access the more relaxed, creative and intuitive parts of ourselves. It can help us move through the world with greater ease. In the safe space held by a skilled, authentic and compassionate practitioner, it is also a way to process our deeper wounds.
This is where my offerings as a trauma-informed, certified clinical-EFT practitioner come in.
I feel so much gratitude and reverence when holding this EFT space for people, guiding them through the process and seeing tangible shifts in their emotions and perspectives in our sessions. I absolutely LOVE working with limiting beliefs, fears, relationships and areas in which one may feel stuck, constricted and not in connection with their true power. In this unique time of the balancing of feminine and masculine energies on our planet and in our bodies, I am especially called to hold space for women. Women who want to claim their birthright as powerful and intuitive beings who shape their own paths instead of following the one laid before them by others.
I have worked with clients on many areas of life including fears, cravings, body-image and self-love challenges, self-care practices, relationship conflicts, and their goals. All while putting in the good work with myself; addressing my own triggers and challenges using EFT and my personal practices. Authenticity in all things: I won't just talk about the work and not do it. I am living the experience of EFT in my life and I am always learning. It's a tool I am truly ecstatic and honoured to share with you.
In a world that devalues authenticity in innumerable ways, it's time to reclaim our birthright to be our truest Self.
